CHILDREN'S rooms sholud have enough space for all their belogings, as well as room to play and sleep. When a child has to step over piles of clothes and has troulbe finding what he wants, he will end up feeling agitated and frustrated.
- Remove everything first and place the furniture to make the most of the space. Push the bed against a wall, using it as a barrier on one side of the bed.
- Move all clothes and toys to the closet, which should come with shelves and drawers.
- Add a bookshelf or install floating shelves.
- Remove anything that doesn't belong in the room.
- Throw away broken toys or torn clothing. Donate or sell items that don't fit or he doesn't play with anymore.
