Okeyyyy.... mungkin bukanlah lebih menyeronokkan daripada seks, tetapi hampir sama nikmatnya!

1. bila teman lelaki kamu berikan nota cinta romantis tanpa sebab. Hanya kerana dia cintakan kamu? Wahhh!!
2. Manjakan selera ketika sedang berdiet. Kamu dalam perjalanan pulang dan dari jauh kamu sudah nampak tanda M berwarna kuning... Apa kamu buat? "Tak salah manjakan seleramu dengan burger 2 minggu sekali jika kamu amalkan diet dan senaman," kata Hanan Saleh, pakar diet dari thefoodexpert.com.au. Hmm, pakar diet pun dah beri "lampu hijau"!
3. Tidur guna cadar yang bersih. Cadar yang baru diangkat dari penyidai memang "sedap" disentuh, dibau dan diselimuti. "Katil yang selesa, bantal yang fluffy serta cadar yang segar selepas baru dicuci pasti buat pengalaman tidur lebih menyenangkan," kata Bret Chamberlain, Ketua Pegawai Eksekutif The sleep Therapy Clinic.
4. Lelap seketika apabila kamu terlalu mengantuk. "Kamu hanya rasa mhu terlelap hanya jika tak cukup tidur. Jadi bila kamu mengantuk, ini bermakna kamu tak dapat waktu tidur yang berkualiti," kata Chamerlain. Ini juga bermaksud... "Tak salah jika nak lelap sebentar bila-bila saja kamu rasa mengantuk," tambahnya. Berita baik tu!
5. Dapat tahu orang lain dah siapkan kerja yang kamu malas sangat nak buat tu. Dah lama kamu tangguh nakcuci bilik air, sedangkan minggu itu giliran kamu. Jadi kamu pun melangkah ke bilik air dengan alatan mencuci. Bila kamu angkat saja toilet lid, dah ada bersihkan pun!
6. Jejaka kacak menoleh untuk memandangmu. Kamu sedang bersiar sendirian dan tiba-tiba ternampak seorang lelaki handsome sedang merenung kamu dari atas ke bawah! Ya, yang ini memang BTS (Better than Sex).

9. Bila kamu ke kaunter untuk bayar barangan yang kamu pilih, dan dapat tahu ada lagi diskaun 25%! Boleh ulang semula? Lagi potongan daripada kasut yang memang dah cukup murah harganya tu? Oh, seronoknyaaaaaaaa......!!!!!!!
10. Tanpa disangka, jejaka yang kamu suka menghantar mesej. Kamu keluarkan telefon bimbit dari dalam beg untuk hubungi temanmu, dan tiba-tiba mendapati sms.............. Meleret senyumanmu sampai ke telinga bila melihat mesej yang tertera adalah si dia yang kamu minati!
11. Bangun tidur tanpa paksaan.

1. No Breakfast 
People who do not take breakfast are going to have a lower blood sugar level. This leads to an insufficient supply of nutrients to the brain causing brain degeneration. 

2 . Overeating=2 0
It causes hardening of the brain arteries, leading to a decrease in mental power. 

3. Smoking 
It causes multiple brain shrinkage and may lead to Alzheimer disease. 

4. High Sugar consumption 
Too much sugar will interrupt the absorption of proteins and nutrients causing malnutrition and may interfere with brain development. 

5. Air Pollution 
The brain is the largest oxygen consumer in our 20 body. Inhaling polluted air decreases the supply of oxygen to the brain, bringing about a decrease in brain efficiency. 

6 . Sleep Deprivation 
Sleep allows our brain to rest.. Long term deprivation from sleep will accelerate the death of brain cells.. 

7. Head covered while sleeping 
Sleeping with the head covered increases the concentration of carbon dioxide and decrease concentration of oxygen that may lead to brain damaging effects. 

8. Working your brain during illness 

Working hard or studying with sickness may lead to a decrease in effectiveness of the brain as well as damage the brain. 

9. Lacking in stimulating thoughts 
Thinking is the best way to train our brain, lacking in brain stimulation thoughts may cause brain shrinkage. 

10. Talking Rarely 
Intellectual conversations will promote the efficiency of the brain

1. Sleeping too late and waking up too late are main cause. 

2. Not urinating in the morning. 

3 . Too much eating. 

4. Skipping breakfast. 

5. Consuming too much medication. 

6. Consuming too much preservatives, additives, food coloring, and artificial sweetener. 

7. Consuming unhealthy cooking oil. 

As much as possible reduce cooking oil use when frying, which includes even the best cooking oils like olive oil. Do not consume fried foods when you are tired, except if the body is20very fit. 

8. Consuming raw (overly done) foods also add to the burden of liver. 
Veggies should be eaten raw or cooked 3-5 parts. Fried veggies should be finished in one sitting, do not store. 

We should prevent this without necessarily spending more. We just have to adopt a good daily lifestyle and eating habits. Maintaining good eating habits and time condition are very important for our bodies to absorb and get rid of unnecessary chemicals according to 'schedule.'

1.. Hot Dogs

Because they are high in nitrates, the Cancer Prevention Coalition advises that children eat no more than 12 hot dogs a month. If you can't live without hot dogs, buy those made without sodium nitrate. 

2. Processed meats and Bacon

Also high in the same sodium nitrates found in hot dogs, bacon, and other processed meats raise the risk of heart disease. The saturated fat in bacon also contributes to cancer. 

3. Doughnuts

Doughnuts are cancer-causing double trouble. First, they are made with white flour, sugar, and hydrogenated oils, then fried at high temperatures. Doughnuts, says Adams , may be the worst food you can possibly eat to raise your risk of cancer. 

4. French fries

Like doughnuts, French fries are made with hydrogenated oils and then fried at high temperatures. They also contain cancer- causing acryl amides which occur during the frying process. They should be called cancer fries, not French fries, said Adams .

Bagaimanakah anda menguruskan masa seharian?

Ini adalah tips-tips mudah untuk anda yang kurang pengetahuan bagaimana untuk menguruskan masa untuk diri sendiri, keluarga atau pasangan anda:-

  1. Belajar bagaimana menguruskan masa anda sebaik mungkin dalam sehari.
  2. Buatkan jadual atau senarai yang perlu anda lakukan bagi hari tersebut. Catatkan tarikh akhir bagi setiap perkara penting atau kertas kerja anda untuk mengelakkan anda dari terlupa!
  3. Rancang untuk mencapai sasaran anda bagi sesuatu projek yang memerlukan penelitian anda pada hari tersebut dengan berhati-hati
  4. Beri keutamaan pada apa yang ingin dicapai. Menurut "Prinsip Pareto" menyatakan 80% apa yang ingin dicapai datangnya dari 20% usaha anda, jadi fikir-fikirkanlah!
  5. Mulakan langkah dengan mudah. Cuba bahagikan kerja anda kepada bahagian, jadi anda tidak akan dituduh "overshadow" mereka!
  6. Jauhkan perkara yang terlalu sempurna! Jangan terlalu obses untuk benda yang terlalu sempurna kerana masa yang ada boleh digunakan untuk perkara lain!

There is an epidemic across North America today of Multiple Sclerosis and Lupus. Most people do not understand why this epidemic is happening, and they do not know why these diseases are so rampant. I would like to share with you the main reason we are having this very serious problem. Many people today use artificial sweeteners in their tea or coffee.

They do this because the ads they see on TV tell them that sugar is bad for their health. This is absolutely true. Sugar is toxic to us , but what most people use as a replacement for sugar is much more deadly. I am talking about ASPARTAME. It is the cause of the epidemic that was mentioned above. ASPARTAME is an extremely toxic chemical that is produced by a chemical company called Monsanto.

ASPARTAME is being marketed around the world as a sugar substitute and is found in all diet soft drinks, such as Diet Coke and Diet Pepsi. It is also found in artificial sweeteners such as NutraSweet, Equal, and Spoonful; and it is used in many other products as a sugar replacement.

ASPARTAME is marketed as a diet product, but it is not a diet product at all. In fact, it will cause you to GAIN weight because it makes you crave carbohydrates. Causing you to gain weight is only a very small part of what ASPARTAME does. It is a toxic chemical that changes the brain's chemistry. It can and does cause severe seizures.

This chemical changes the dopamine level in the brain, and it is particularly deadly for anyone suffering from Parkinson's disease.

ASPARTAME is extremely poisonous, and here is why one of the toxic ingredients of it is wood alcohol. When the temperature of

ASPARTAME exceeds 86 degrees F, the wood alcohol in it is converted to Formaldehyde, and then to formic acid, which in turn causes folic acidosis.

FORMALDEHYDE is grouped in the same class of poisons as Cyanide and Arsenic which are very deadly toxins. The only difference is, Formaldehyde kills quietly, and it takes a little longer. And, in the process of killing people, it causes all kinds of neurological problems. There are 92 documented symptoms of Aspartame Poisoning leading to coma and death.

The majority of these symptoms are neurological, because the ASPARTAME attacks and destroys the nervous system. One of these symptoms is Lupus, which has become almost as rampant as Multiple Sclerosis, especially with Diet Coke and Diet Pepsi drinkers.
